Hi! I’m M. G. Lauren, co-author of the fantasy novel A Disruption of Fate. I love reading and writing fantasy but I also have a particular passion for all things Jane Austen. So perhaps it’s no wonder that after writing a German stage-play adaptation of Persuasion, I am now drafting a fantasy retelling of the same novel.
When I’m not writing or reading, I design and sew the costumes for my theatre group as well as myself (for example I made one of my wedding dresses). I’ve long since discovered that story-telling is a big part of most of my hobbies as I also love acting and I’m the game master of my long-standing D&D group.
Of course, I have not forgotten Reena and Nyla. Their story will continue in the second installment of The Fate Chronicles, which my co-author, Aroha Peterson, and I are planning at the moment :)
